    Kim is an amazing person and a delight to work with. Kim is patient and answered all of our questions, and always with a big smile, we had a lot of questions, having this be our first house, she was so helpful. Kim is very professional, knows her work, always available and response fast and will take you through the purchase in the most essay and pleasant way. I got high recommendation about Kim from my colleagues and friends and am going to recommend her to any one who is about to go through the prosses of buying or selling a house.

    Kim is human sunshine and radiates such positivity, optimism and enthusiasm that she is a joy to be around and work with! She was relentlessly kind, patient and cheerful as we took literally YEARS to decide to sell our property, and was never anything less than 100% supportive of our very tumultuous journey. Once we finally committed to selling, Kim was incredible - knowledgable, efficient and so responsive you can expect answers to all your questions in minutes not hours. She is a true professional, marrying incredible expertise with HUGE amounts of charisma and warmth. She guided us beautifully through the whole process and our house sold quickly and for more than we expected to fetch. It's hard to rate Kim with stars since she literally IS one, but I cannot recommend her highly enough!
